Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee

Reasons for seeking refund Quantum of fee to be refunded
When a student applies for withdrawl of admission before the last date of admission. Full fee after deduction of Rs. 250/-
When a student applies for withdrawl of admission after the last date of admission and on or before 31st July of the year of admission Full fee after deduction of Rs. 500/-
When a student applies for withdrawl of admission after 31st July and on or before the 16th August of the year of admission Full fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/-
When a student applies for with drawl of admission after 16th August of the year of admission No fee will be refunded
When admission is made inadvertently due to error/ omission / commission on the part of the University / College Full fee will be refunded
When cancellation of admission is due to concealment / falsification of fact, submission of false / faked certificate(s), providing misleading information by the student or for any error / mistake on the part of the student. Not fee will be refunded
In case of Migration of a student from one college to another college (if permissible) under the University rules, upto 31st August of the year of migration Full fee after deduction of 20% of the total fee
When a student of a Self - Financing course applies for withdrawal of admission on or before 16th August of the year of admission Full fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/-
If any student provisionally admitted to a course on declaration of the result of his qualifying examination/ compartment examination becomes ineligible for admission and his/ her admission is cancelled. Full fee after deduction of Rs. 1000/- provided that he / she applies for refund in the same financial year
In case a student after his/her admission expires within one month of admission Full fee will be refund to his / her parents
In case a student after his/her admission expires after one month and on on or before 31st August of the year of admission Full fee after deduction of Rs. 250/-


 

Reasons for seeking refund Quantum of fee to be refunded
When a student has been allowed to change the course of study in the same college or within the department of the University After adjustment of fees already paid the students will be required to pay the remaining amount due as prescribed for the previous course. In case the student paid in the previous course more than the amount due for the second course, the excess amount will be refunded / adjusted towards further month/s fees

 

Cause C: REFUND OF EXAMINATION FEE

Reasons for seeking refund Quantum of fee to be refunded
In the event of death of a candidate before the commencement of the examination. Full fee will be refunded to the parent of the students.
In the event of students inability to continue his/ her students at least one month before the commencement of the examination duly certified by the Principal After deducting Rs. 250/- Full fee will be refunded


 

In all cases, Security deposit / caution money (if any) shall be refundable after obtaining clearance from the relevant quarters provided he / she applied for refund of the same within a period of one year from the date of leaving the Institution (upto 31st March).

Note : NO FEE WILL BE REFUNDED ON ANY OTHER GROUND / OR REASON WHAT SO EVER, EXCEPT THOSE SPECIFIED UNDER CLAUSES A&C.

The revise refund of fee rules are effective from academic session 2012-2013
